Signature Required on Delivery All I Love Indigenous Pty Ltd deliveries are made by a registered courier and require a signature upon delivery, unless you provide authority to leave at the time of placing your order. If you are not present at the delivery address to sign for your parcel, it will be transferred to the nearest post office for collection within 7 business days before being returned to I Love Indigenous Pty Ltd.

Authority to Leave You have the option to authorize us to deliver your order to your nominated delivery address without requiring a signature. Simply select the box that reads: "Tick this box if you agree that our driver can leave the delivery if you are out" when you are at the checkout. Split Orders To ensure timely delivery, we may fulfill your order from multiple locations. In this case, your order will be split into multiple orders and delivered separately. Order Cancellations & Amendments Please note that we are unable to cancel or make any amendments to an online order after it has been placed. Exchanges Processed Online If your online order is eligible for an exchange, we will refund any returned merchandise back to your original payment method. A new order will be created for the exchange request and will be charged to the original payment method. You will be notified of your new order number via email.

Processing Time for Returns Please allow up to 10 business days from the day your parcel is delivered to our returns address for your return to be processed. You will receive an email once your return has been finalised.

Refunds or Exchanges for Afterpay, Paypal, Alipay, and Apple Pay Orders Orders made via Afterpay, Paypal, Alipay, and Apple Pay can be returned in-store or via post for a refund. These orders can only be exchanged at an I Love Indigenous Pty Ltd store for size, colour, and same value items.

International Returns International orders can be returned within 45 days from order placement. Please check your packing slip included with your order to determine whether your international order was dispatched by us.
